In the context of the invasion of Ukraine, and in line with the French authorities' recommendations, SOLEIL has taken the decision to suspend its work with Russian and Belarusian affiliated institutions, including suspending access for users from those institutions, until further notice.

Rolling Proposals

SOLEIL has opened a new access mode, the Rolling Proposal, to carry out experiments on the CryoEM-Krios "POLARIS", with continuous submission and reviewing every 2 months.

The first proposals were reviewed starting from the 4^th of November, 2024 for beamtime allocation period starting from Mid-December 2024 to end of January 2025

The next proposals evaluations is from January 6^th to 17^th, 2025.
The notifications to users will be sent at the latest on January 24^th, 2025.
Beamtime allocation period starting: from February 3^rd to March 30^th, 2025.

Call for proposals 36 (AP36): 

The call for proposals has opened from December 15^th, 2024 and will be closed on February 17^th,2025.

It concerns only Standard proposals.

- The beamtime allocation period will be from September 1^st, 2025 to February 28^th, 2026 (with one week in 8 bunch mode)
- Peer Review Committees will be held from April 14^th to 23^rd, 2025
- The results to the users will be sent around May 22^nd, 2025
