Samples selection

To access to SOLEIL and facilities, the following safety requirements must be respected.

In  the SUN set, the Main Proposer must have:

- Declared the samples and the associated substances,

- Selected the samples brought and the associated substances used for the session,

- Declared the ancillary equipment brought,

- Described samples preparation method and precised the location of the preparation (support laboratory or beamline).

Samples selection

It is possible to "post-declare" a sample. In other words, to add a sample, if the proposal has been accepted by Peer Review Committees.

The post-declared sample must be assessed by SOLEIL Sefety group. If the delay is to short, for these steps, the sample might be refused.

Then, upon participants declaration, you have to select the samples and/or ancillary equipements you need to bring at SOLEIL for your experiment among the ones declared and validated by Safety group.

Only samples and/or equipements declared beforehand and validated by Safety group can be selected for your experiment.

Please find the safety requirements.
