Proposals types and submission guide

 A few types of proposals are available to obtain beamtime at SOLEIL, main differences between proposals are: allocation period (6 months, 1 year, 2 years), evaluation process (peer-review committees or not) and admission charges (free or not).

You are strongly invited to contact scientists in charge of beamlines on which your project may be feasible, prior submitting your application.
This may be of a great help for you to better define your proposal, especially if you are requesting the use of a beamline for the first time.
