The R&D work subcontracted to SOLEIL is part of SOLEIL's Quality Commitment and is eligible for the Research Tax Credit.
As part of its relations with companies, SOLEIL is committed to :
• respect the rules of confidentiality requested by the company, in particular by signing a confidentiality agreement at a time deemed appropriate by the company,
• to acknowledge receipt of all requests (telephone, electronic...) within 48 working hours,
• process requests and provide answers as quickly as possible,
• put the company in touch as quickly as possible with 1 or more SOLEIL experts to help it express its need for a synchrotron study and define its specifications,
• to provide within 10 days of receipt of the finalized specifications a detailed offer of services specifying in particular the resources used by SOLEIL to carry out the study, the provisional schedule of the key stages (date of the experiment, date of submission of the analysis report), the names of the scientists involved in the study, the price of the service, the contact details of the single commercial contact...
• to provide any services within a contractual framework (purchase contract with the company, or sales contract with SOLEIL, or the company's approval of SOLEIL's service offer).
• to provide an analysis report when the service so provides
• verify the company's level of satisfaction at the end of the study.
R&D work subcontracted to SOLEIL falls within the scope of SOLEIL's quality commitment (Consult our quality commitments) and is eligible for the Research Tax Credit.
