R&D work sub-contracted to SOLEIL is subject to the SOLEIL Quality Commitment.
Within the framework of its relations with other companies, SOLEIL undertakes that it will:
- respect the rules of confidentiality requested by the company, in particular by signing a confidentiality agreement at the time considered appropriate by the company,
- acknowledge receipt of any request (by phone, electronic, etc.) within 48 working hours,
- process the request and provide at least a partial response as quickly as possible,
- place the company in contact with 1 or more SOLEIL experts to help it to define its synchrotron study requirement and define its specifications,
- provide within 10 days of receipt of the finalised specifications an offer of detailed services specifying in particular the means used by SOLEIL to carry out the study, the provisional schedule of key stages (date of the experiment, date of submission of the analysis report), the names of the scientists involved in the study, the price of the service, the contact details of the sole commercial contact, etc.
- deliver service tasks within a contractual framework (buying contract of the company or sales contract of SOLEIL)
- provide an analysis report
- check the level of satisfaction of the company at the end of the study.
