The Sustainable Energy Science Section of Synchrotron SOLEIL brings together the research activities of 24 beamlines, ranging from infrared to hard X-rays. These beamlines offer the scientific community a coherent portfolio of cutting-edge ex situ or operando techniques (spectroscopy, diffraction/scattering, 2D & 3D imaging), helping researchers address new challenges related to the sustainability of energy resources, correlating to the green-energy transition and climate-change mitigation.
