We offer during the event a few exhibition areas to companies interested in presenting their products located in the Hall of the Main building of SOLEIL, giving the opportunity for easy interaction between exhibitors, visitors, attendees and the SOLEIL staff.

The area available, of about 4m², is one table and 4 chairs.

The following offers are proposed:

• The exhibition area and a poster panel during the 5 days for a fixed price of 1920,00€ VAT included (1600,00€ without taxes).
  This price includes:
  For 2 persons: access to all sessions, the Company’s logo on the web site and the Company’s logo into the electronic abstract book, coffee-breaks, the lunches of the 5^th, 6^th,7^th, 8^th and 9^th of October.
  The conference dinner of the 7^th is available for a complementary amount of 96€ VAT included per person.
   

• The exhibition area and a poster panel for 4 days (Monday to Thursday) for a fixed price of 1800,00€ VAT included (1500,00€ without taxes).
  This price includes:
  For 2 persons: access to all sessions, the Company’s logo on the web site and the Company’s logo into the electronic abstract book, coffee breaks, the lunches of the 5^th,6^th, 7^th and 8^th of October.
  The conference dinner of the 7^th is available for a complementary amount of 96€ VAT included per person.

   

• A 10-minute presentation during a dedicated slot for companies, on October 6^th, 2026, afternoon, as well as the logo on the website and attendance at the cocktail buffet, for a fixed price of 960€ VAT included (800€ without taxes).
   
• The 5-day booth offer + the 10-minute presentation for a fixed price of 2520€ VAT included (2100€ without taxes).
  This price includes:
  • The exhibition area and a poster panel during the 5 days
  • For 2 persons: access to all sessions, the Company’s logo on the web site and the Company’s logo into the electronic abstract book, coffee-breaks, the lunches of the 5^th, 6^th,7^th, 8^th and 9^th of October and buffet dinner of October 6^th.
  • The conference dinner on the 7^th is available for a complementary amount of 96€ VAT included per person.
  • The 10-minute presentation on October 6^th, 2026, afternoon.

The exhibitors can also insert an advertising page into the electronic abstract book of the event, for a supplementary 360,00€ all taxes included (300,00€ without taxes) amount.
