Welcome to the PSDI 2024
On behalf of the organisers of PSDI and its executive committee, we are delighted to invite you to the 32nd Protein Structure Determination in Industry meeting, which will be held at the Novotel Paris centre Tour Eiffel, in Paris, France, between November 10th to 12th 2024.
This not-to-be-missed event for the industrial community of structural biologists will this year be an opportunity to continue discussions on the various techniques of integrated structural biology.
This year's meeting is organised jointly by SERVIER and Synchrotron SOLEIL, supported by Hg3 Conferences.

Exhibition
The commercial exhibition is a traditional and essential part of the Protein Structure Determination in Industry (PSDI) meetings and will be located in the hotel during the 2024 conference. Tea and coffee breaks will be taken exclusively in the Exhibition areas.
The commercial exhibition will run for the duration of the meeting, from the evening of Sunday 10th November 2024 at 7pm until the close of the meeting at 4pm on Tuesday 12th November.

Exhibition spaces are located in a single 580m2 room.
The exhibition spaces provided are approximately 2,5m x 2m and will include a table and 2 chairs. If you have any specific requirements outside of these criteria (for example poster board) please contact the organisers.
We have made a preliminary schedule for 24 booths (please see plan and pictures below). Booths 7 to 10, 19, 20, 23 and 24 are reserved for gold sponsorship package until 15th June. After this date, all the remaining stands will be available for all packages.
The floor plan will be established by the organizers: we will make every effort to respect requests for booths in specific locations, but this will not always be possible.
We recommend that all exhibitors take out relevant insurance cover for any equipment.

The carrier must deliver the equipment/packages to the 3rd floor. They must not be left on the delivery platform. Maximum lift weight: 1,2 tonnes.

Please note that the deadline for removal of exhibition equipment is 16:00 on Tuesday 12th November.

The Novotel Paris centre Tour Eiffel is a 4 * hôtel in the heart of Paris and provides easy access to the city. It is a short walk from the mall named "Baugrenelle" (with every types of shops, clothes, cathering, presents...), and a lot of restaurants and bars.
The hotel is an ideal base for exploring the city.
By car

Workshop : Synchrotron SOLEIL venue information
A bus service will provide transport between the hotel and the SOLEIL synchrotron.
A bus will leave the hotel on Sunday 10 November 2024 at 1pm for the SOLEIL Synchrotron. All the people registered for the workshop will be able to take this bus, it is not necessary to register. Please note that the bus will leave on time (1pm) in front of the hotel.
For the return journey, there will also be a bus between the Synchrotron SOLEIL and the hotel. This bus should leave SOLEIL around 6 pm.
Gala dinner
The gala dinner will take place on a boat offering a 2,5h cruise on the Seine.
The meeting time at the boat will be at 7pm Quai Grenelle. 5min walk from the hotel
The cruise departure is planned at 7:30pm from quai grenelle
