Developing safe and ever more effective cosmetic products
Cosmetomics is a mutual innovation platform intended (PFMI) for French companies in the cosmetics sector and is aimed at characterisation and measurement of the effectiveness and safety of their products.
It specialises in the monitoring of physical chemistry parameters at different scales in order to optimise these products and provide a guaranteed diagnosis. It also aims at understanding the interactions between the cosmetic product and the targeted natural medium (skin, hair, etc.)
Supported by the Cosmetic Valley competitive cluster, Cosmetomics comes within the framework of an Île-de-France partnership signed in 2013 with the Essonne SME Bio-EC and the University of Cergy Pontoise.
