CORPES 2015

Instruction for oral presentations

The talks will be allocated the following times:
- 30 minutes for our Invited speakers (25'+ 5' for questions)
- 20 minutes for contributed talks (15'+ 5' minutes for questions).

All visual presentations will use the projection equipment (digital projector and PC running Microsoft Powerpoint) provided by the conference. Speakers should upload their Powerpoint file before the beginning of the session in which they are scheduled, during the Welcome Cocktail, the registration, the poster sessions or the lunches or coffee breaks.
Speakers should be present at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session in order to introduce themselves to the session Chair.

Instructions for posters

Poster's size should be A0 (width: 841 mm, height: 1189 mm, portrait layout) or smaller. Participants are asked to bring their A0 printed copy, as no poster printers will be available at the conference.
Posters will have to be installed on the morning of the scheduled poster session, and uninstalled it at the end of the session. Posters which are not dismounted in time will be removed by staff and discarded.
We remind you that the corresponding authors are requested to be present next to their poster during the poster session for which their poster has been scheduled. Unattended posters will not be allowed to publish a proceeding.

We thank you in advance for the respect of these rules.

Call for abstracts

Oral and poster contributions are welcome on subjects within the scope of the workshop. Authors are requested to submit abstracts, no later than March 15th, 2015, according to the instructions below.
Authors will be informed of the acceptance of their contribution (oral or poster) before April 15th, 2015.
The abstracts of all accepted contributions will be published in the digital book of abstract, which will be distributed to all participants during the workshop.
Please, remember that only abstracts of registered participants who have paid the registration will be included in the proceedings and in the book of abstracts.

Instructions for abstracts

To keep the interest of CORPES2015 at the highest level, to which many of you are used to, here are a few rules that will be applied for the selection of the abstracts:
- Only abstracts containing new and not previously published work will be accepted
- A Corresponding Author can submit only one abstract
- If an abstract is selected for a poster presentation, the Corresponding Author should be present next to his/her poster during the poster session. Unattended posters will not be allowed to publish a proceeding.

Please, follow these guidelines to write your abstract:
- The abstract should be written using the template provided.
- The abstract should not be longer than one page.
- Only one figure or image and 3 references per abstract are allowed.

And finally, please, keep in mind that the authors should address the following topics in their abstracts: (1) Aim of the work presented, (2) Methods and techniques employed, (3) Results, (4) comparison with other work and (5) Future prospects.

Abstracts must be submitted electronically, in English, using the form available on this website. You will have to fill in your registration form before submitting an abstract. Please mention which conference topic most closely represents the subject of your contribution, together with your preference for either oral or poster.

To write your abstract, you are requested to use ONLY the template below (".DOC", ".DOCX" or ".Rtf" file - Any abstract not in compliance with the template will be sent back to the author). The size of the files is limited to 4 MB.
