SIRIUS and first beamlines operation at the LNLS-CNPEM

I will present an overview and recent developments of the SIRIUS fourth-generation synchrotron source of the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory (LNLS). The accelerators have been operating since December 2019, when the first electron beam was accumulated in the storage ring, and are currently running with 100 mA in top-up mode. Fourteen beamlines are planned for the first phase. Six have already been opened for regular users, four are under commissioning, and the last four are under construction and project. I will present highlights from beamline commissioning and the first scientific outcomes.
