La ligne SMIS organise la 5è édition de sa formation à l’analyse des données de microspectroscopie infrarouge qui se tiendra à SOLEIL du mercredi 24 octobre au vendredi 26 octobre 2018.
Les cours seront donnés en anglais et aborderont les principales techniques d’analyse statistique multivariée et d’apprentissage machine telles que l’analyse en composante principale, des méthodes de classification, de régression et d’intelligence artificielle. Le prétraitement des spectres infrarouges sera également abordé.
Cette année une place importante sera donnée à l’analyse des données d’imagerie spectrale à l’aide du logiciel libre Orange.
