REXS2022

Après le succès des éditions précédentes (NSLS2 2019, DESY 2016, Oxford 2013, Aussois 2011), la 5ème Conférence Internationale sur la Diffusion Élastique Résonnante des Rayons X (REXS2022) se tiendra à nouveau en Europe.

L'objectif de la conférence est de rassembler une communauté REXS en pleine expansion, de partager les avancées scientifiques récentes, de faire le point sur les capacités expérimentales actuelles et de discuter des défis et opportunités futurs.

Une attention particulière sera accordée à la multimodalité et à la cohérence des rayons X. Une série de cours introductifs seront consacrés aux étudiants et non-experts, ainsi que des tutoriels pendant la conférence. Une visite du synchrotron SOLEIL sera proposée.

 

Les sujets abordés seront les suivants :

  • Ordre électronique et magnétique, phénomènes interfaciaux, matériaux quantiques, matière molle, transitions de phase et inhomogénéité.
  • Symétrie, topologie, structures artificielles, dimensionnalité réduite, structure et dynamique.
  • Cohérence, imagerie, nanodiffraction, réflectivité, polarisation et analyse de l'énergie (REXS dans RIXS).
  • Développement instrumental, multimodalité.
  • Théorie et simulation, modélisation et analyse des données.
  • Utilisation de la cohérence sur les sources à diffraction-limited et sur les XFELs.

These services are proposed in the 600,00€ all taxes included (500,00€ before VAT), which includes: 

  • Exhibition space, one poster board for 2 persons: access to plenary sessions, parallel sessions, company logo on the website and list of commercial exhibitors with company logo in the electronic book of abstracts, coffee breaks, cocktail on 20 January and lunches (28, 29, 30 June and 1 July).
  • The exhibitors can also insert an advertising page into the electronic abstracts book of the REXS2022, for a supplementary 240,00€ all taxes included (200,00€ before VAT) amount.

Venue information

The meeting will take place on Tuesday 28th June to Friday 1rd July 2022, at Campus Pierre and Marie Curie in the amphitheater 25.

The Campus Jussieu is located in the 5th arrondissement, the oldest in the city of Paris. Located on the left bank of Paris, it covers most of the magnificent Latin Quarter. Many public institutions reside in this district: 'Ecole Normale Supérieure' (ENS), National School of Chemistry of Paris (ENSCP), the Currie Institute, the Ministry of Research or Sorbonne University which includes the Campus Pierre and Marie Curie. The 5th arrondissement is also full of monuments such as the Pantheon, La Sorbonne and famous gardens like the 'Jardin des Plantes de Paris'.
