Les Beamline Jockey Days sont une série d’événements au cours desquels des scientifiques, ingénieurs et techniciens travaillant sur des lignes de lumière de tomographie en Europe se réunissent depuis 2018 dans des installations à travers le continent.
Ces ateliers informels permettent aux participants d’échanger librement sur les questions techniques, les domaines potentiels d’intérêt commun, les défis rencontrés, etc. L’accent est mis sur la communication directe et le transfert de connaissances au niveau opérationnel.
SOLEIL est heureux d'accueillir la première réunion sur site de ce type après les interruptions liées au COVID et les réunions en visio uniquement.
Elle se déroulera sur le site de SOLEIL à Saint-Aubin (Essonne, France) les jeudi 11 et vendredi 12 mai 2023 (sur deux demi-journées).
Comme convenu entre les participants des dernières Journées BLJ, le thème central cette fois sera "Contrôle de la qualité et de la résolution des images".
L’inscription est obligatoire mais gratuite. Tous les frais de déplacement, y compris l’hébergement à la maison d’hôtes SOLEIL et les repas, sont à la charge des participants.
