CONCLUSION AND PERSPECTIVES MODELING, METHODOLOGY We demonstrated the performance of the scientific Back Illuminated AND INSTRUMENTATION CMOS for Soft X-ray. Compared to a CCD, the intrinsic advantages SYNCHROTRON SOLEIL HIGHLIGHTS 2020 include: fast readout, ease of use since there is no need for heavy setups involving additional shutters, etc. The potential of the ptychography set-up using the sCMOS camera is demonstrated.
