SOLEIL is organizing a workshop on the theme of reliability, maintenance, and associated tools as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) in the research facilities.
 

During this workshop, we propose to share our issues and working methods, exchange on the used tools and maintenance organization. The workshop will also be dedicated to discussion.

The main talked issues will be:

• Configuration control: technical description of the hardware, localization of the equipment and inventory.
   
• Interventions tracking (job orders, work orders, brief reports, work sheets, history of moves …).
   
• Warranty management.
   
• Maintenance process (for the Accelerators, the Beamlines, the Buildings and the Utilities): maintenance operation, problems, repairs.
   
• Datas extraction and indicators, operation enhancement.
   
• Used tools (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and software deployment.
   
• Facilities organization to manage maintenance: centralized stores, involved services, coordination …)
   
• Difficulties encountered (technical difficulties and management difficulties).
