STORAGE RING CORRECTORS POWER SUPPLIES
All 154 correctors power supplies are so far delivered since March 2005, tested and ready to run
 

  • High resolution power supply 20 bits (19 + sign)
                              (2 ppm)

  • 20 ppm high stability upon 8h

  • Mixed digital / analogic regulation loop



STORAGE RING QUADRUPOLE POWER SUPPLIES
All 160 quadrupole power supplies are delivered since the end of June 2005 128 x (14V - 250A) - 32 x (22V - 250A)
 

  • ±10 ppm high stability power supply

  • 18 bits - 5 ppm resolution

  • Digital regulation loop



STORAGE RING SEXTUPOLE POWER SUPPLIES
All 110 sextupole power supplies are delivered since the end of June 2005
5 x (75V - 350A) - 5 x (140V - 250A)
 

  • Very high efficiency > 90%

  • 50 ppm stability

  • Digital regulation loop



STORAGE RING DIPOLE POWER SUPPLIES
The "big" storage ring dipole power supply has been recently delivered the 19th of October 2005
(610V - 580A) 

  • Very high efficiency > 92%

  • 10 ppm stability

  • Digital regulation loop
