Be aware that lunch is left at your expenses.
Access for lunch at SOLEIL's canteen will be granted to all attendees.
Expect approximativelly 15 € per meal that will be payable directly at the check-out in cash.
SOLEIL is at 3 km of two railway stations (RER B) “Le Guichet” and “Gif sur Yvette” on the RER B line, for transportation to Paris-central (30min), CDG airport (75 min), Orly airport (30 min) or the neighbouring Paris-Sud University at Orsay (5min). Bus service (timetables A, B) and taxis are available.
Shuttles will be organised by the conference:
From Orsay "Le Guichet" RER station to SOLEIL on mornings and back on evenings.
