Requesting access to this laboratory must be justified by very peculiar needs, i.e. when specific equipment not available in the chemistry lab for samples. The decision will be made by the chemistry lab manager.
The main proposer is invited to contact the laboratory manager before a statement of intent to use this laboratory, in the SUN Set proposal submission.
Then, if the project is accepted, the main proposer, 1 month before the arrival and no later, confirms the access request, on-line in the SUN Set ("Experiment Management" section, "Support laboratory Access" function) and details the needs:
scientific equipment among available ones,
chemicals and materials you are intending to use,
activities you are planning to carry out in the laboratory,
request for technical support,
…
* Secured access with badge.
* From Monday to Friday: from 8:30 to 17:30, by appointment only with the manager..
Exceptionnally outside this schedule in the presence of the manager or the local contact.
For any further information, the main proposer has to get in touch with the laboratory manager.
