In order to prepare your experiment and your arrival at SOLEIL, please check below, the list of documents you have to provide and formalities you have to achieve prior to your arrival (no later than one month).
  1. To apply for access to infrastructures and data-processing network on-line on SUN set (cf.
    2. Access to infrastructures and Access to the data-processing network sections),
     
  2. If necessary, to apply for SOLEIL laboratory(ies) access on-line in the SUN set (cf.
    3. Applying for support laboratory section),
     
  3. To declare each sample or each sample family, together with the substances (cf.
    4. Sample and substances declaration and safety requirements),
     
  4. To have declared the eventual ancillary equipment brought in (cf. Ancillary equipments declaration).
