Standard Proposal submission

The proposal ‘form’ is made available on-line via a Web interface to the Data base SOLEIL Users Net set (SUN set).

You will find in this section information/suggestions on how to fill in the submission form.

More information are now made available on the
SUN set Guide.

Standard proposals require the completion of 6 steps (following form templates) including the submission.
Proposals must be written in English.

All steps of the application must be saved and completed to continue.
The steps are the following:

1/
General part of the proposal
2/ Scientific and experimental description

3/ Images attachment, if necessary (.Jpeg .png  format)

4/ Samples and substances declaration together with ancillary equipment declaration (for safety considerations)

5/ Results from previous proposals

When you submit a proposal either for a new project, or to continue a project for which you have previously been allocated beamtime, you will be requested to submit an experimental report on your past measurements via the SUN set (including relevant publication(s)), before completing your new submission.
