The SOLEIL Library was created in 2005 and consists of a part of the LURE Library collections.
The Library is open 24/24h, 7/7 days, with card entry outside normal opening hours.
The librarian is present for consultation and help with documentary research from Monday to Friday 8:30 -17:00.
Lending is reserved to SOLEIL staff, researchers, Post-doc, and students
(See lending conditions). The SOLEIL Library collections consist of 1550 books, 700 theses and 53 journals and series subscriptions of which 52 are electronic subscriptions (Subscriptions link). Bibliographic databases access: Current Contents, PASCAL, PASCALBiomed, MEDLINE, BDSP, INIS, INSPEC. Web of Science, ICDD* (Databases access), together with free tables and scientific databases. * The International Center for Diffraction Data is in acces on the computer n°1 in the library
3 computers will be available for online consultation.
Available Services: books and works lending, help with documentary research, books orders, book selling-exhibitions, purchase of articles, Inter-libraries lending (Reserved for SOLEIL permanent staff).
A library committee has been constituted to represent the SOLEIL researchers community.
