Document management

BlueCielo’s InnoCielo (MERIDIAN) technical data and electronic document management software is used for document management.

This software was originally intended as an environment for storing drawings for the construction of the SOLEIL facility. It has now been extended for as-built documentation, including official documents, technical documents, drawings and correspondence.

SOLEIL’s storage area for the Divisions’ internal documents already holds over 126,000 records.

We have chosen Softlink’s Liberty3 software. This is a web-based solution which allows users to view the catalogue and administration tasks to be performed using an internet browser.

Users can perform text-type searches throughout the system. It also includes loan and booking management functions.

This software is fully configurable by the administrator.
