Call for candidacies
Candidacies are invited to declare themselves and to send also a policy statement (see template here enclosed, max. 1 page, word or pdf format), by email at the following address:

Please do not forget to register to electoral rolls, when possible, in order to be referenced in the database.
Each candidate represents a community.
There is ONE vacancy per community, excepted for "Matter and Material properties: Structure, Organisation, Characterisation, Elaboration" community because the TWO members should be renewed.
In total there are SEVEN seats.

Registration to electoral rolls

Registration campaign on electoral rolls lists will be held from Monday February 28th to Sunday April 3rd, 2011.
Each person selects the scientific community he or she belongs to:
- Diluted matter
- Electronic and magnetic property of matter - Surfaces and Interfaces
- Matter and material properties: Structure, Organisation, Characterisation, Elaboration
- Chemistry and Physico-chemistry - in situ reactivity - Soft matter
- Biology / Health
- Cultural heritage, archaeology, environment, geosciences
Elections
Elections will be held from April 11st to May 1st, 2011.
The ballot is organized within each scientific community.
To vote, click here.
Each elector will on line fill a ballot in with one or two names of candidacies within their community.
A ballot with no name is a blank ballot.
The candidate having obtained the more votes is elected.
If it happens that two candidates are ex-aequo, a second ballot will be organized within the concerned community.
Registration on electoral rolls as well as elections will be possible online from February 28th, 2011.
Candidacies campaign will be held from Monday February 28th to Sunday April 3rd, 2011.
