The 7th SOLEIL Users’ Meeting will take place on January 18th and 19th, 2012 at Polytechnique (Palaiseau) and at SOLEIL.
This indispensable meeting for the community of synchrotron radiation users will be the occasion to have the latest information about the machine, about beamlines performances, and to have an overview of the latest scientific results obtained at SOLEIL.
It will consist in 3 plenary lectures covering different research themes (biology/health, Electronic and magnetic property of matter – Surfaces and Interfaces, and Chemistry and Physico-chemistry – in situ reactivity – Soft matter) of SOLEIL users’ community.
Round tables will provide the opportunity for interactions between users and beamlines managers.
Parallel sessions will consist on original scientific presentations, selected from submitted abstracts (before the 1st December 2011).
A convivial time will be held at SOLEIL on January 18th afternoon with the posters session, the commercial exhibitions, the visit of SOLEIL and the dinner buffet.
