As a rule, the mission of the computing division is to contribute to the productivity of SOLEIL by providing the computing resources needed for the Machine and Beamlines operation and for the company internal operations. It includes specification, with the involved other divisions, design and installation, maintenance and evolution to keep the computing resources at a good level of performance.
Collaboration with the other SOLEIL divisions and communication with users or their representatives are essential to succeed in this mission.
