A user carrying out a peer-reviewed experiment to which beamtime has been allocated and who
belongs to a French Academic institution will be subsidised by SOLEIL for
travel,
accommodation and
subsistence expenses directly related to the experiment.
SOLEIL does not reimburse users from industrial laboratories or from foreign institutions. Up to 3 persons, for a standard or a Long Term Project proposal, will receive a contribution towards expenses within the limits set out above.
Visits to SOLEIL will be reimbursed from one day before up to one day after the dates allocated for the experiment, in order to allow experiment preparation and/or sample disposal.
Other participants may be included in the experimental team, but these persons will need to find their own funding.
Users working in a laboratory located in‘Ile-de-France’ Region will NOT be reimbursed for traveland accommodation expenses even if living outside the region.
